Reid Parsons

Hi! I'm Reid Parsons - welcome to my homepage. I'm a postdoctoral fellow working at the NASA Ames Research Center. My PhD thesis addressed recent climate change on Mars and I’m continuing this work currently as a postdoc (see research). I use data and images collected from several NASA and ESA missions together with computer simulations of physical processes to study the the forces that have shaped the surfaces of terrestrial planets. Comparing these simulations with spacecraft observations furthers our understanding of the geologic history of the planets and our Solar System.

Welcome
