Course Evaluation:
75%: 3 in-class 1-hour exams, each covering 1/3 of the course
material and each worth 25% or the grade (no Final). 25% Cumulative
points on homeworks. Grades will be assigned relative to the Class mean/median
after rescaling to combine scores from exams and homework. The central value
will be at the breakover from C+ to B-
There will be two homeworks; the first handed out in class around lecture 8 and the second
around lecture 15
